Kharyn – Wife is an important part of the family behind the business, helping bring the care, support, and commitment that keep everything moving forward.
Damien – Son is part of the next generation, contributing to the family effort and helping build the future of Fat Boy’s Quality Cuts.

Shop 1/1 Pyramid Street, Emu Plains NSW 2750, in Lennox Village. Open Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday 7:00am to 5:00pm, Sunday 7:00am to 4:00pm.
In the case: grass-fed Angus beef sourced from Cowra, lamb sourced from Cowra, free-range chicken and Australian pork, with sausages, rissoles and kebabs made in the shop. Order on this website and collect at the counter or Direct to boot, or have it delivered across Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Central Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong.
