What’s in the pack
A grass fed, grass finished lamb, born and bred on the farm, cut and packed for your freezer. Choose a half or a whole.
A half lamb is about 10kg dressed weight. A whole lamb doubles everything.
You get cutlets, chump, loin, ribs, shank, neck, shoulder, legs, mince and sausages.
The sausages are gluten free. No added hormones, antibiotic free.
Primary cuts and roasts come vacuum packed and labelled. Sausages and bones come in plastic bags.
Dressed weight
The price is per kilo of dressed weight: $25.92/kg for a half, $28.42/kg for a whole. Boxed weight is usually 30% to 40% less than dressed weight.
How much meat you take home depends on the size of the animal and how you want it cut.
