Weeknights: let the order come to you
On a busy weeknight, delivery saves the drive. Build the order on the website, choose Delivery at the checkout and type your St Marys address. Before you place the order, the checkout tells you the next day we can deliver there and what the delivery costs.
The one thing to plan on a weeknight is the cut-off, because a delivery order has to be in well before its day. After you order, we get in touch with a delivery time for your delivery day. The terms for St Marys, with a worked example of the cut-off:

- Minimum order: $150.00 on everything in your basket, before any fee.

Our recipes put each of them to work. The classic chicken parmi starts with Chicken Schnitzel. The beef and broccoli stir fry uses Angus Stir Fry Beef, and the classic spaghetti bolognese uses the Angus Premium Beef Mince.

A crumbed pack, a weekend roast and burgers
For fast dinners, the Crumbed Pack holds four crumbed lines made in the shop: rissoles, crumbed steak, crumbed chicken and crumbed cutlets. Each goes into a pan or the oven as it comes. You pick the rissole flavour and the chicken crumb when you add the pack to your order.
Save the Pork Belly 1kg for a Saturday or Sunday. It spends two and a half to three hours in a low oven with a hot finish to crackle the rind if it has one, and the crispy pork belly recipe walks you through it.
Burger night is quicker still. The Wagyu Beef Burger Patties are made in the shop, six to the kilo. They need four to five minutes a side in a hot pan or on the barbecue, turned once.

Weekends: drive over and collect
The M4 links St Marys and Emu Plains. From the shop it runs east to the Mamre Road exit, and Mamre Road and Queen Street take you into St Marys. The whole trip is about 14 minutes by car. Claremont Meadows is about 14 minutes away, North St Marys about 16 minutes, and Ropes Crossing about 20 minutes.

Picking up for a lunch in the park? Penrith City Council lists barbecue facilities at Victoria Park, on the corner of the Great Western Highway and Princess Mary Street, St Marys, with undercover seating, a playground, toilets and a rotunda. Werrington Lakes Reserve, on Burton Street in Werrington, also has a barbecue, plus seating, toilets, play equipment and a splash pad. In Ropes Crossing, Blacktown City Council lists a barbecue at Ropes Crossing Reserve on Lawler Street, beside a playground, tables, tennis courts and basketball courts.

Over summer, put the weekend barbecue order in during the week. Wagyu burger patties for the grill and a Mix & Match Pack, where you pick the ten items, make a simple start for a backyard lunch.
St Marys delivery runs every day except public holidays. Christmas Day and Boxing Day are public holidays, so set your delivery for a day before them, and remember the order has to be in 36 hours before that day begins. Planning around Christmas week? Ring the shop first.
