About this cut
Cubes of beef on skewers, ready for the barbecue, so all you have to do is get the grill hot. Two or three skewers is a serve. They are lean, so they cook fast and want turning rather than leaving. Made in the shop from our grass-fed Angus beef, sourced from Cowra in the Central West of NSW.
Barbecue, grill or a hot pan. Turn them often so each side gets colour and nothing catches, about eight minutes total. Cook it through to 75°C at the thickest part. There is no safe rare on a made-up line. Rest them a minute before they go on the plate, and slide the meat off the skewer for the kids. Want it marinated? Pick one of our shop-made marinades when you add it to your order.
