Brown the mince hard in a hot wok, add the sauces at the end, and eat it out of cold lettuce leaves.
From the shop
Start with 600 g of pork mince. That fills enough lettuce cups for four.
Brown the mince properly before the sauces go in. Add wet sauces to pale mince and it stews in the pan instead of frying.
