About this cut
Comes skewered, so there is nothing to do but get the barbecue hot. Turn them often, because chicken catches fast once it starts.
About ten minutes over moderate heat. Cut one open at the thickest point if you want to be sure. Chicken is done at 75°C right through the thickest part.
