One tray. The potatoes go in first and get a head start, then the mignon sits on top and roasts in the same heat.
From the shop
Start with 1 kg of chicken mignon. Chicken thighs roast on the same tray in the same time.
The mignon can go in the shop’s Honey soy or BBQ marinade when you order ($1 an item).
Check with a thermometer rather than the clock. Chicken is done at 75°C in the thickest part, and mignon pieces vary in size.
